宏興行的創辦人原從事廚師及餐廳的管理者，因需長期訂購不同的設備及用品。由於當時貨源不足及資訊缺乏，若要選用一件適合的產品是一件相當困難的事情。

正因為如此，促使宏興行創辦人譚氏兄弟於1998年萌發了成立一間餐飲設備及用品的供應公司的想法，既可以滿足自家的需求，更可為業界提供相關的服務。常言道：「獨樂不如眾樂」，因為這想法，一觸即發，并適逢澳門旅遊業蓬勃發展的好時機。我們由一間小鋪開始經營,時至今日已擁有3萬尺的倉庫及8000尺展示廳的中小型企業；近年更創立自家品牌( )冷凍及電熱設傋生產制造，與此同時亦向餐飲食材方面進行擴展。

  The founder of WAN HENG HONG was a chef and manager of a restaurant, who needed long-term purchasing of different equipments and supplies. However, it was difficult to find a right product because of the lack of information at that time.

Regarding that difficult situation, the founder of WAN HENG HONG- The Tam brothers came up with an idea of establishing a company providing F&B equipments and supplies in 1998. In that way, not only the needs of the Tam’s themselves could be satisfied, but also the company could provide service for the whole industry to satisfy all those people needs. They soon realized their idea without any hesitation, and the rapid growth in tourist industry of Macau came at a good time. Today, we have a 30，000 feet warehouse and 8,000 feet show room even though we started with a small store. Also we have created our own brand ( ) for producing freezing and heating equipments, and keep expanding our business in food and beverage in recent years.

The usage of professional and specialty suppliers' evaluation system, and the cooperation with famous  kitchen equipment enterprises all over the world ，make our supply system very stable. We vigorously implement the supply mode which combining the purchasing in large scale and purchasing from original regions directly.
